In addition to the Amended Docs and By-Laws voted on by the membership, there were other votes such as the Reserve waiver that was approved with 144 yes votes and 7 no votes. The rollover of funds was approved with 150 yes votes and 1 no vote.

As I stated previously the Amended Docs and By-laws were approved by 133 yes votes and 18 no votes.

There were owner votes required for a material change to the common elements which needed at least 135 yes votes to pass. The front Security Gate received 101 yes votes, the Putting Green received 92 yes votes, the Kayak Rack received 97 yes votes and the Horseshoe Pit received 106 yes votes. None of these received the needed 135 yes votes to pass.
